Wanted man Delroy Joseph called Barney who was shot last week, when police swooped down on a house at Nicolay Street, New Amsterdam, Berbice, appeared on Tuesday, at the New Amsterdam Court, where police instituted charges of robbery under arms, break and enter and larceny and trafficking narcotics.
Appearing before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs Marcus, the prisoner, pleaded not guilty to the charge of trafficking in narcotics. However, neither he nor his co accused Paul Wilson, were required to plead to the remaining indictable charges.
