Minister of Public Telecommunication and Tourism, Catherine Hughes (seated second from left), on February 3rd and 4th attended a two-day Regional Telecommunications Strategy workshop in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. It was executed by the Caribbean Association of National Telecommunication Organizations and funded by the Inter-American Development Bank’s Broadband Infrastructure Inventory & Public Awareness in the Caribbean (IDB-BIIPAC) programme.
