Rehearsal: Members of the armed forces rehearsing through their routine yesterday at D’urban Park, in Georgetown, as they prepare for the flag raising ceremony to be held next Tuesday as part of the Republic’s 50th anniversary celebrations. The Government Information Agency (GINA) yesterday said the once swampy and bushy D’urban Park area, between Hadfield Street and Homestretch Avenue, has been cleared and levelled as part of plans to hold the flag raising ceremony at the site.
