The police are conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death of Cuban national Joel Perez Laffita, 47 years, whose body was found on the roadway at Providence, EBD, at about 0130h. today with a wound to his neck.
The body is at the GPHC Mortuary awaiting a post-mortem examination.
