President David Granger yesterday delivered the feature address at the International Women’s Day Observance which was held at the Arthur Chung Convention Centre.

The Ministry of the Presidency said that he noted that while his administration will do everything possible to empower women and to achieve gender equality, Guyanese must also change their mentality and behaviours to make this a reality.
