President David Granger (left), this morning, met with Germany’s Ambassador to Guyana, Lutz Hermann Gorgens, at the Ministry of the Presidency, during which discussions were held on a number of local and global issues, a release from the Ministry of the Presidency said.
Gorgens told President Granger that the German Embassy will be hosting a special reception in honour of Guyana’s 50th Independence Anniversary, as well as the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
