Hostile territory boxers receive hampers

The amateur boxers who displayed their skills on the ‘Hostile Territory’ card on February 27 were rewarded for their efforts on Tuesday at the Giftland Mall.

Baskets of cereal and other eatables were handed over to the six boxers by CEO of the Pattensen edifice, Roy Beepat in the presence of their coaches and president of the Guyana Boxing Board of Control, Peter Abdool.

Desmond Amsterdam, Dennis Thomas, Diwani Lampkin, Clairmonte Gibson, Nandkumar Singh and Jason Phillips were the rewarding pugilists.
