The property at Middle and Waterloo streets, where the Halito Hotel is sited, is up for sale.
An advertisement, placed in yesterday’s Kaieteur News by General Electrical Supplies Limited (in receivership), said the 4,956.48 square feet of prime land with a four- storey concrete building is suitable for a hotel or office space.
Stabroek News understands that the building is being sold to make good on monies owed to the Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry (GBTI).
