Laughter abounded yesterday when Minister of Public Infrastructure, David Patterson, distributed 400 kites to children across four communities. In the spirit of the Easter holiday, the children of the villages of Melanie Damishana; Bare Root; Agricola; and Bagotville were the recipients of kites from Patterson and a team from the Ministry.
