Demerara off-spinner Sagar Hatheramani’s six wicket haul helped set up a massive 135-run win over Essequibo in round two of the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) Under-17 Inter-County one-day tournament at the Enterprise Ground yesterday.
Hatheramani, the former Guyana U15 spinner snatched 6 for 25 including a hat-trick as Essequibo crashed to 78 all out in 28.1 overs, chasing 213 with Bomesh Ramdahin (22), Kevin Christian (15) and Chanderpaul Mohabir (14) the only batsmen to offer resistance.
