Magistrate Zamilla Ally-Seepaul has ordered that a station diary, which may establish an alibi for one of the accused in the violent robbery of Justice Nicola Pierre and her family, be produced in court today.
Magistrate Ally-Seepaul, who is presiding over the trial of Premnauth Samaroo and co-accused Nicholas Narine, Daymeion Millington, Warren McKenzie, and Anthony David, ordered that the Station Sergeant of the Sparendaam Police Station produce the station book with the entries for July 8, 2015 to July 10, 2015, to the court.
The station book was requested by Premnauth Samaroo’s attorney Adrian Thompson so as to obtain the names
