President David Granger on Friday met with the Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Baroness Patricia Scotland.
A release from the Ministry of the Presidency yesterday said that the meeting took place at the United Nations Headquarters where both the President and the Commonwealth Secretary General were in attendance for the signing ceremony of the Paris climate change agreement. The Dominica-born Baroness Scotland was elected head of the Commonwealth in November last year at the Heads of Government summit in Malta.
