GPHC’s Burns Unit gets equipment boost from Canadian NGO

The Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation’s (GPHC) Burns Care Unit (BCU) has acquired advanced equipment, donated to the facility by Canadian-based Caribbean North Charities Foundation Guyana (Guyana Burn & Health Care Charity), GINA said today.

The organisation today donated skin graft meshers, dermatome blades and two laptops valued Cdn $13,500 to the unit.
