President ‘deeply concerned’ about incidence of crime

President David Granger is “deeply concerned” about the incidence of crime.

This is according to a statement issued yesterday by the Ministry of the Presidency, which said although President Granger was satisfied with the speed at which crimes are being solved, he remained deeply concerned at the incidence of crime. As a result, while crime fighting efforts continue to be scaled up, the statement said he continues to meet every week with the National Security Committee.
