An East Canje, Berbice man has been sentenced to four years in jail after pleading guilty to trafficking some 14 pounds of ganja that was found during a police search of his home.
Rawle Victor, of Lot 187 Number Two Village, East Canje, pleaded guilty to a joint charge of trafficking 6.3 kilos of cannabis sativa, while his co-accused, Janice Daniels, who is his wife, was released on $75,000 bail after she offered a not guilty plea.
