The Guyana Public Service Cooperative Credit Union Limited (GPSCCUL) has made a donation of a sculpted piece to the National Art Gallery-Castellani House, GINA said. The piece was unveiled in the presence of Members of the Board of the Art Gallery and the Board of Directors of GPSCCUL.
Receiving the contribution on behalf of the Art Gallery, Minister within the Ministry of Education with responsibility for Culture, Youth and Sport, Nicolette Henry, noted the timeliness and significance of the contribution.
The sculpture was done by Winslow Craig who said he was approached by the Credit Union which wanted to make a contribution towards the 50th Independence Anniversary.
