A mechanic died on Sunday evening, four days after he was allegedly beaten by his neighbours with a piece of wood at Belle West, West Bank Demerara (WBD) and the police have arrested three people and are seeking a fourth.
Dead is Yugeshwar Shiwcharan called ‘Shah Rukh Khan,’ 31, of Lot 485 Belle West.
The incident occurred minutes before midnight last Wednesday and Shiwcharan succumbed to his injuries around 11 pm on Sunday. He sustained severe injuries
