Ronald Glasgow’s injured hand

A taxi driver attached to the Sheriff Taxi service was shot during the wee hours of yesterday morning in an apparent hijacking attempt.

The driver, Ronald Glasgow, 32, of Kitty, is currently a patient of the Georgetown Public Hospital nursing the gunshot wound to his hand.

According to Glasgow, it seemed as though his attacker wanted to hijack the vehicle as he made attempts to lead him into a lonely spot in East Ruimveldt.
