Bridge works: Remedial works have started on several of the bridges on the East Coast Embankment Roadway. The bridges along the stretch of road spanning from Liliendaal to Enmore, which would accommodate heavy traffic going up and down the coast, were starting to degrade as big holes were seen. The vehicles passing over the bridge would usually have to slow down to carefully navigate the holes and would subsequently cause a buildup of traffic.
