Just after the completion of the 19th Biennial Congress of his People’s National Congress Reform some three weeks ago, the chairperson of that party, Mr. Basil Williams, is reported to have said that he expects the People’s Progressive Party to become a part of the coalition government, and my assessment of comments made by the leader of the opposition, Mr. Bharrat Jagdeo, is that he does not completely reject the idea.
