The preliminary inquiry (PI) into the charge against Leon Lindo, who is charged with conspiracy to murder late businessman Mohamed Khan, continued on Tuesday with the evidence of the secretary of attorney Nigel Hughes.
Lindo, who was attached to the Tactical Services Unit (TSU), was charged in 2015 with conspiracy to commit the murder.
According to the charge, between July 8 and July 10, 2014, at Eve Leary, Lindo allegedly
