Guyana Football Federation (GFF) Vice President Rawlston Adams said yesterday that the commencement of the Goal Project has been held up by an unsigned contract between the supervising consultant and the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA).
In an invited comment Adams, who holds the portfolio for Infrastructure told Stabroek Sports….“We have not issued the commencement order because we are still waiting one of the contracts to be signed between the consultant [Marcel Gaskin and Associate] for supervision with FIFA.”
