Hamza Eastman, Saturday, won the feature 35-lap event at the 12th annual Hand-in-Hand-sponsored cycling meet at the National Park.
Eastman, of Team Coco’s, won the event in one hour, 17 minutes and two seconds.
Second was Christopher Griffith while Shaquel Aggard placed third,
