League leader Den Amstel squeaked past Eagles FC 2-1 when the National Milling Company (NAMILCO) National u17 Football Championship continued Sunday in the West Demerara section.
Hosted at the Den Amstel ground, Devon Abrams and Rueben Dainty were on target for the home side in the fourth and 14th minute. Netting in the loss in the 18th minute was Delon Clarke.
In the East Coast of Demerara section, Bachelors Adventure and Paradise Sports Club dethroned Victoria Kings 3-0 at the Golden Grove ground.
