Accused to face trial over Coast Guardsman’s murder

Delon Small, the accused in the murder of Coast Guardsman Kevon Payne, was yesterday committed to stand trial for the crime.

Small, called ‘Sound,’ is alleged to have murdered Payne on March 29.
