The attorney for Manx Powers, the driver who is charged with causing the death of former world champion boxer Andrew ‘Six Head’ Lewis, yesterday blamed the deceased for the fatal accident and said his client should not be called on to lead a defence.
It is alleged that on May 4, 2015, at New Hope Public Road, East Bank Demerara, Powers, 32, of Campbellville Housing Scheme, drove PNN 596 in a manner dangerous to the public, thereby causing the death of Lewis.
