The victim of Sunday evening’s fatal accident which occurred on the Parfait Harmonie Access Road, West Bank Demerara has since been identified as Macessia Henry of Vigilance North, East Coast Demerara.
Henry, a 41-year-old father of six was said to have been the front seat passenger in a silver-grey Toyota Premio car, with registration PSS 7212 which was being driven by his neighbour Clarence Beaton when the accident occurred just after 11 pm on Sunday.
Stabroek News understands that Beaton, who was heading east along the road, attempted to negotiate a turn on the road and lost control of the car.
