Two cars ended up in the North Road Canal yesterday morning after a collision at North Road and Light Street. According to several eyewitnesses, the blue Toyota Spacio, PPP 1643, was travelling west along North Road while the white Toyota Premio was travelling north along Light Street.
While the Toyota Premio was driving at a fast rate and attempted to cross North Road, the Toyota Spacio crashed into the left front side of the Toyota Premio. They subsequently both lost control and ended up in the canal. While there were children in the Toyota Premio, neither them nor the drivers of the vehicles were injured.
