A Guyanese woman who was arrested at the John F Kennedy International Airport in New York last year is to be sentenced in February 2017 and faces imprisonment of between 18 and 24 months after which she will be deported.
Shureen Giddings arrived at JFK Airport aboard an Overland Airways flight from Guyana via Jamaica.
