The St John’s outfit defeated North Ruimveldt  Secondary in the final five-nil while North Georgetown bettered Tucville Secondary by the same score line.

Yesterday’s fixture was an avenue for evaluating the performances of the three Youth Development Officers (YDOs), Troy Yhip, Laurence Adonis and Theo Henry and to measure the improvements of the primary and secondary schools teams.

Vice President of the GRFU, Joshua Griffith, noted that the festival attracted three primary schools and seven secondary outfits.

Griffith also added that a school league is in the pipe lines for next season.
