The developer of the seven-storey building at the junction of Camp and Robb streets is aiming to complete construction early next year.
Rizwan Khan told Stabroek News last week that he has received all the necessary building approvals from the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) and the Mayor and City Council (M&CC) to complete the building.
In July, the businessman had to halt construction on the seventh floor after the CH&PA and M&CC denied his application to proceed.
