Minister within the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs Valerie Garrido-Lowe with children of Moruca, who she treated last weekend with gifts and other treats. According to a GINA press release, the minister visited the Region One community to spread Christmas cheer to nearly 100 children on behalf of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
