Scotiabankers spread Christmas cheer

Scotiabankers spread Christmas cheer: Residents of several homes for the elderly and children in the capital city were thrilled last week Wednesday when Scotiabankers from the Georgetown and Parika locations came together to bring them Christmas cheer, a release from the bank said.

Close to 200 Scotiabankers, family and friends went caroling on foot visiting the New Nazarene Home, Ptolemy Reid Rehabilitation Centre, St. Ann’s Orphanage, Joshua House for Children and the St. Vincent de Paul Homestead, the release added.

Singing adapted holiday favourites such as We Wish You a Scotia Christmas and Scotiabank is Coming to Town, the Bank’s employees were led by musicians and singers from the Tina Insanally Foundation.
