A second person was yesterday charged with murdering taxi driver Orin David, who was gunned down on August 1.
Reagus Lamazon, 19, was read the murder charge by Magistrate Judy Latchman.
Lamazon, of 51 D’Urban Street, was not required to plead to the charge. Attorney Paul Fung-A-Fat, who appeared on behalf of the defendant, requested that the matter be heard in the High Court by way of paper committal.
But the magistrate such a decision would have to be made in concord with the prosecution.
