A decision in the trial of former health minister Dr Bheri Ramsaran, who is charged with using insulting language to women’s rights activist Sherlina Nageer, has once again been deferred after his legal team petitioned the Court of Appeal for a temporary stay order, pending an appeal of a failed bid to have the case thrown out.
