Vacant posts filled at GFF Ordinary Congress

In what is being called the best congress ever by the Guyana Football Federation (GFF), Bartica Football Association (BFA) Vice-President Carmel Williams was ratified as a Committee Member while the Judiciary Committee vacancies were filled when the entity staged its Ordinary Congress yesterday.

Staged at the Herdsmanston Lodge in Queenstown, it was a far cry from the volatile forums that typified the previous Congresses as it was held without a hint of controversy. Attending the congress were all member associations inclusive of the eight Elite League clubs.
