Former Miss India Guyana Brittany Singh has denied that she breached any of her contractual agreements with the organisers of the pageant and claims that it was she who decided to return the crown, but her attempt was rejected and the organisers later chose to strip her of the crown.
In a statement in response to the one issued by the organisers announcing that she was dethroned because of three contractual breaches, Brittany denied the allegations saying that the organisers had levelled against her, “unfounded and heinous accusations of improper conduct, soliciting funds from sponsors, friends and associates of the organisation, and improper relationships with members in the organisation.”
