Former Guyana and West Indies all-rounder Roger Harper was last night returned as president of the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) at the association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and election of office-bearers at the Muslim Youth Organization (MYO) pavilion, last evening.
