Cops granted extension to keep Tain murder alleged mastermind in custody

As ‘B ‘Division’s investigators continue to investigate the murder of the Tain mother of four, they have been granted an extension to keep the alleged mastermind in custody until Thursday of this week.

This is according to the Commander of ‘B’ Division, Ian Amsterdam, who said, “The file was sent to the DPP and we got to clear up some other points and we got an extension until Thursday. So hopefully by Thursday we can put the pieces together.”

According to the Commander, the woman who turned herself in at the Whim Police Station on Friday afternoon in the presence of her attorney Chandra Sohan “is not saying much. We checking phone records, we checking with the bank because we understand that a withdrawal was made and she is claiming she only give a $100,000 to somebody. We have bits and pieces and we are putting it together.”
