Ambassador of Guyana to Kuwait Shamir Ally paid Mayor of Georgetown Patricia Chase-Green an impromptu, unofficial visit last week. They discussed the potential collaboration between Kuwait City and Georgetown and potentially the two becoming ‘twin cities’. Following the meeting, the Mayor presented a token of appreciation to the Ambassador.
