Claude Williams, first Vice President of the Upper Demerara Football Association (UDFA), will serve as the entity’s Interim President, following a no-confidence motion enacted against incumbent Sharma Solomon yesterday.
The extraordinary meeting, which was held at a building owned by former UDFA boss Dr. Joseph Haynes, was attended by nine affiliated clubs, who voted 8-1 in favour of the motion.
