Jason Bhaskaran, the driver who was involved in a two-vehicle smash-up at Coverden, East Bank Demerara (EBD) last year, which resulted in two fatalities, had the charge of causing death dismissed on the grounds of insufficient evidence.
The charge against Bhaskaran, of Strat ‘G’, Timehri Public Road, EBD, stated that on April 17, 2016, at Coverden, he, drove a jeep in a manner dangerous to the public, causing the deaths of Rudolph Bess and Hansranie Persaud.
