Improved fitness and speed were mentioned as the keys to success ahead of the Rugby America’s North (RAN)15’s away game versus Barbados next week at the Garrison Savannah following a series of simulation games yesterday at the National Park.

These comments were collectively made by the players and the coaching staff following the Guyana Rugby Football Union (GRFU) conducted trials to assess the rugby talent pool and to try out different combinations before selecting the best squad for the game which is the first step in the road for the 15’s World Cup next year .
