Fernandes pleased with squash players progress

Vice – president of the Guyana Squash Association, David Fernandes, says that he is pleased with the rate at which the junior players are progressing.

He also said that he was enthusiastic to see how they will fare at the upcoming Junior Caribbean Championships.

“I’m extremely satisfied. The level of squash we’ve seen this year is an improvement from past years. Even the kids in the under 11s and 13s actually had great rallies rather than a one stroke point and it really has to do with the level of commitment put in by the entire coaching staff and coach Ince [Carl] and everyone else that supports him, it’s
