Police are investigating the murder of Roy Rowland, 27, a seaman of Lot 25 Castello Housing Scheme, La Penitence, Georgetown, whose body was discovered
about 6.30 this morning with a suspected gunshot wound to the back of its head, on the eastern parapet of Marigold Street, Roxanne Burnham Gardens,
Georgetown.
A 9 MM spent shell was found at the scene.
