Essequibo woman stabbed by reputed husband in critical condition

An Essequibo woman is in critical condition at the Georgetown Public Hospital, after she was stabbed several times about her body by her reputed husband, on Monday.

According to information reaching Stabroek News, Thresha Griffith, 29, of Nunes Canal, Lower Pomeroon River and her reputed husband, Randolph George, 28, of the same address, were at a liquor restaurant at Charity, on Monday at around 2:30pm, when they became involved in an argument.
