The 26 new traffic ranks who will boost the strength of the police force’s traffic department

The strength of the Guyana Police Force’s Traffic Department was boosted yesterday with the addition of 26 ranks, including twenty-two graduates of the recent recruit classes.

This announcement was made yesterday afternoon by Traffic Chief Dion Moore in the compound of the Traffic Headquarters, Eve Leary.

Moore said that the ranks were added to the department since it was recognised that there is a need for training, especially in the traffic department, to boost the discipline, tolerance and professionalism displayed by traffic ranks.
