The policeman who allegedly provided the gun which was used in the murder of businessman Godfrey Scipio is still under close arrest as the investigation continues.
A police source confirmed with Stabroek News yesterday that the policeman is still under close arrest and the force is investigating the allegations that have been levelled against him.
The cop is being accused of providing the prime suspect Aubrey Bobb, 26, of 79 William Street, Kitty, with the gun that was used to shoot Scipio on October 12.
