Dear Editor,
So pressure, even from senior officials seeking to enjoy fully the Season, has led to the curfew being relaxed for a period of time.
I seem to recall how the official with responsibility for this portfolio, adamantly insisted last year that come Christmas 2017 the curfew would not be relaxed. What changed between then and now?
Or is it a case of never say never?
