After spending the first quarter of the year on the US racing circuit, star cyclist Raynauth Jeffrey returned to Guyana with a bang, winning the first event in his first start on local soil for the 2017 season.
Jeffrey outfitted in a crisp black and red Team Pharmaco kit, used his trademark time-trial abilities to solo to victory in the sixth annual Baker’s Memorial Cycling Classic which was staged in Linden on Sunday.
